TV1: The record date for the 2011 dividend payment
HOSE announces the record date for the 2011 dividend payment of Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 1:
Stock symbol: TV1 Ex-right date: June 20, 2012 Record date: June 22, 2012 Purpose: to pay stock dividends of the year 2011 to the existing shareholders.Exercise ratio: 15% (the one who owns 100 shares at the record date will receive 15 new shares). Estimated issue volume: 3,001,465 shares. Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be paid in cash at par value. For example, if shareholder A owns 1,258 shares at the record date, he will receive: 1,258 x 15% = 188,7 shares. However, because of rounding down, he will receive only 188 new shares and VND7,000(=0.7 share*VND10,000).
