BCI: Resolution on the dividend payment 2011

Binh Chanh Construction Investment Shareholding Company (BCI) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on the dividend payment 2011 as follows:

-         Payment rate: 15%/par value (VND1,500 for a share)

-         Payment method: in cash or transfer

-         Record date: June 28, 2012

-         Payment date: July 18, 2012

-         This resolution takes effect from June 04, 2012.
