Telecommunications Industry Electronics Joint Stock Company has announced the BOD’s resolution date June 18, 2012 as follows:

Article 1: Approving to transfer its stake in PTV to ATP at VND4,973,334,383.

Article 2: Authorizing the CEO to implement.

 Article 3: The resolution is valid as from June 18, 2012.
