SRF: The BOD approves share repurchase

Seaprodex Refrigeration Industry Corporation announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated June 18, 2012:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved an additional share repurchase policy with a maximum of 30% of total issued shares.

Article 2: The Board of Directors will send ballots to consult shareholders about the share buyback:

-         Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

-         Time of implementation: from June 20, 2012 to July 06, 2012

Article 3: This resolution shall take effect from June 18, 2012.
