HOM: Change in the Board of Directors
- Mr. Hoang Xuan Vinh has resigned from Director and from Representative of State capital of Vietnam Cement Industry Corporation (VICEM) contributed in VICEM Hoang Mai Cement JSC with effect since 15/06/2012
- Mr. Ta Quang Buu – Chair of the Board will directly manage the State capital (VND39.6 billion) of VICEM contributed in VICEM Hoang Mai Cement JSC in place of Mr. Hoang Xuan Vinh with effect since 13/06/2012.
