SRF: Notice of supplement the purpose of using of shareholder list

According to resolution of BOD No. 06/NQ/HDQT date June 18, 2012 of Seaprodex Refrigeration Industry Corporation, on June 20, 2012, HOSE issued Announcement No. 606/2012/TB-SGDHCM to announced supplement the purpose of using of shareholder list on record date as follows:

-         Ex-right date:           May 29, 2012   

-         Record date:            May 31, 2012   

-         Reasons and purpose: to consult shareholders in writing about the purchasing treasury shares.  

-         Contents to consult shareholders:

+         Approvals for purchasing treasury shares with rate not over 30% of total shares were issued.

+         Authorized the Board of Directors to decide purchasing method, price and time

+         Implement date: from June 20, 2012 to July 06, 2012.

+         Other contents according to Announcement No. 520/2012/TB-SGDHCM date May 17, 2012 of HOSE unchange.
