SRC: Resignation of CEO

On June 23, 2012, Sao Vang Rubber Joint Stock Company announced a personnel change as follows:

-         Approving the resignation of Mr. Le Cong An  from the positions of CEO as from June 25, 2012.

-         Mr. Le Cong An is responsible for taking over Mr. Mai Chien Thang before July 15, 2012.
