VRC: Resolution of the BOD

On May 09, 2012, the BOD of Vung Tau Real Estate and Construction Joint Stock Company issued Resolution No.04/NQ-HDQT to announce the personnel change as follows:

-         The resignation of Mr. Le Hong Duc - BOD Chairman from position CEO as from May 09, 2012

-         Appointing Mr. Nguyen Van Chinh as a member of the Board of Directors - CEO and the legal representative in term 01 year as from May 09, 2012.

-         Ms. Dinh Hien continues to appoint as Chief Accountant

-         This resolution takes effect from May 09, 2012.
