C21: Resolution of the BOD
On June 20, 2012, the BOD of Century 21 Joint Stock Company issued Resolution No.03/NQ-HDQT to announce the personnel change and the choose an auditing company as follows:
- The resignation of Mr. Nguyen Hoang Tuan from position a member of the Board of Directors.- Appointment of Mr. Louis T. Nguyen as a member of the Board of Directors to replace Mr. Nguyen Hoang Tuan. - Choose BOD Viet Nam Co., Ltd to audit semi-annual and annual financial statements of Century 21 Joint Stock Company in fiscal year 2012- This resolution takes effect from June 20, 2012.
