SMC-SUMMIT Co., Ltd. officially runs
operation on June 5, 2012.

SMC-SUMMIT Co. was established based on the joint-venture
between SMC Investment Trading Joint Stock Company and SUMITOMO Corporation –
Japan with a charter capital of USSD4 million, in which SMC Investment Trading
Joint Stock Company contributed USD2 million or 50% of charter capital. SUMITOMO Corporation – Japan in which:

SUMITOMO Corporation contributed USD1.2 million, or 30% of
charter capital.

Sumisho Tekko Hanbai Co., Ltd. contributed USD600,000, or
15% of charter capital.

Viet Nam SUMITOMO Corporation contributed USD200,000, or
0.5% of charter capital.
