OCH: Board Resolution on share transfer
Ocean Hospitality & Service JSC (Stock Code: OCH) announces the Board Resolution approved on 15/05/2012 as follows:
- Ocean Hospitality & Service JSC will transfer all shares that the Company holds at Tan Viet JSC.
- Information on the shares to be transferred:
o Issuer: Tan Viet JSC
o Stock Type: common stock
o Par value: VND10,000/share
o Total volume to be transferred: 5,124,240 shares
o Total par value to be transferred: VND51,422,400,000 (accounting for 51.42% of charter capital of Tan Viet JSC)
- Mr. Pho Thien Son – Standing General Manager is responsible for carry out procedures for the transfer.
