FLC Group JSC announces the plan of stock private placement approved as follows:
- Name of the issuer: FLC Group JSC
- Stock code: FLC
- Stock type: Common stock
- Par value: VND 10,000.
- Total volume of shares to be offered: 60,180,000
- Subjects of issue: Outstanding shareholders
- Offering method : Stock swap with rate 1.18 (01 FLC stoctk will be swap with 1.18 FLC Group stock)
- Swap principle: The number of swap stocks which FLC Land JSC shareholders will receive will be rounded down to the unit digit. The odd shares will be processed by the BOD
- Expected distribution date: After admission of State Securities Commission of Vietnam
- Restriction of shareholding with foreign investors: maximum 49% of total number of FLC shares.
