Amendment of the company’s charter on organization and operation of HocMon Trade Joint Stock Company
- Addition of Article 24: Composition and term of the BOD
+ Member who represents for a legal entity shareholder will no longer be Member of the BOD when he no longer represents for that legal entity shareholder, or that legal entity shareholder has transferred all shares owned at the Company
- Addition of Article 36: Members of the Supervisory Board
