HQC: Information on Hoang Quan Plaza Project

On May 16, 2012, the People’s Committee of Hochiminh City issued a decision to pass the adjusted detailed plan of Hoang Quan Plaza project of Hoang Quan Consulting – Trading – Service Real Estate Corporation. Accordingly, Hoang Quan Plaza project (or Sovrano Plaza) is a trade and high-class apartment building. The project has an area of 35,290.3 square meters, and the building density accounts for 39%. In the first plan, the project included 9 blocks and 599 apartments, but the project was adjusted and increased to 1060 apartments.

      Sovrano Plaza is located on Nguyen Van Linh Street, Ward 7, District 8, Hochiminh City, Viet Nam.
