5. The Second dividend payment 2011:
- Method: cash dividend.
6. Amendment in Company’s charter:
- Old Charter capital: VND35,000,000,000

7. Plan of seasoned issue:
- First round: Placement with outstanding shareholders at price VND12,000 per share.
