DTC: Explanation for the change of over 10% in operating result in QIV.2012 compared to QIV.2011

According to the Financial Statement Quarter IV/2012, profit after tax of Quarter IV/2011 decreased more than 10% year on year. Viglacera Dong Trieu JSC explained the decrease in operating result in Quarter IV/2011 as follows:

- Profit after tax of QI/2012: -VND20,464,244,406

- Profit after tax of QI/2011: VND2,825,066,856

- Profit after tax of QI/2012 decreased VND23,289,311,262

Reasons:

+ Input expense increased (coal, land, diesel oil…) compared to 2011.

+ High bank interest, financial expenses increased

+ Uncompleted investment

+ Market demand in 2012 decreased, products prices decreased, gross sale from merchandises decreased
