On 30/05/2012, GiaiPhong Motor JSC has organized the Annual General meeting of Shareholders 2012. Participants were 78, representing 4,642,168 shares (accounting for 50.58% of voting rights). Basing on law and the company’s charter, the participants must represent for over 65% of voting rights. Therefore, the first AGM of Shareholders 2012 was eligible to be organized.
The second AGM of Shareholders 2012 will be held on 29/06/2012.
