-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 3% (VND300/share)

-         Payment date:         July 02 , 2012

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at the Finance and Accounting Department of the Petroleum Industrial & Civil Construction Joint Stock Company on working days from July 02, 2012, and please submit ID cards.
