PPC: Board Resolution June 11

Pha Lai Thermal Power Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of Board of Directors on June 11, 2012 as follows:

-         The Board of Directors passed the memorandum on late payment for electricity between the Company and the Electric Power Trading Company.  

-         The Board of Directors decided to change the dividends of 2011 in EVN Development JSC from cash to stock of EVN Development JSC.
