HSG: Notice of additional investment

On May 29, 2012, Hoasen Group has disclosed plans for additional machinery and equipment investment and the implementation of Phase 2 of Hoa Sen Phu My Steel Sheet Plant as follows:

-         Investing in additional NOF plating line with a capacity of 120,000 tons/year. Total investment is about 200 billion dongs.

-         Implementing Phase 2 of Hoa Sen Phu My Steel Sheet Plant, including 02 reversing cold rolling mills and 02 plating lines with NOF technology.
