-         Mr. Nguyen Thien Tuan – Chairman of the BOD is not concurrent as CEO as from June 14, 2012.

-         Appointing Mr. Tran Minh Phu – a Member of the BOD and deputy CEO as CEO as from June 14, 2012.

-         Appointing Mr. Nguyen Hung Cuong – Director of Thanh Long Board as Deputy CEO as from June 14, 2012.

-         Appointing Mr. Le Minh Tuan – a member of the BOD and CFO as Deputy CEO and CFO as from July 01, 2012.

-         Appointing Mr. Nguyen Quang Tin – Investment – fund management as chief accountant and Head of accounting as from July 01, 2012.
