CSG: Resolution of the BOD

Sai Gon Cable Corporation announced the Board of Directors dated May 04, 2012 as follows:

-         The Meeting unanimously approved to require the Board Management builds the sales regulation.

-         The Meeting unanimously approved to grant credit limit of $2 million and seek partners to transfer the projects ARECO, SAMLAD, etc.

-         The Meeting appointed Mr. Dang Thanh Toan as Deputy CEO in charge of finance and business until the end of 2012.

-         The Meeting approved the resignation Mr. Dang Thanh Toan from a member of the Board of Supervisors.
