PDC: Board Resolution on dissolution of Representative Office in Ha Tinh

Phuong Dong Petroleum Tourism JSC announces Board Resolution approved on 18/05/2012 as follows:

  1. Dissolving the Representative Office of the Company in Ha Tinh

- Operation Registration Certificate was granted by the Planning and Investment of Ha Tinh on 16/12/2008, first amendment on 09/12/2010.

- Address: 117 Tran Phu, Tran Phu Ward, Ha Tinh City, Ha Tinh Province.

  1. Reason: Reatructuring Units directly under the Company
  2. Liabilities and contracts of the Office (if any) will be transfered to Phuong Dong Petroleum Tourism JSC .
  3. Mr. Hoang Trung Tuan – Manager of Phuong Dong International Tourism - no long holds Head of Representative Office of the Company in Ha Tinh.
  4. The Management Board is assigned to handle assets and arrange human resources of Representative Office in Ha Tinh after the dissolution.
