CTG: Vietinbank allowed issuing international bonds

On February 13, 2012, the Viet Nam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VIETINBANK) received Official Document No.733/VPCP-KTTH dated February 09, 2012 by the Government Official of Vietnam. The Government Official of Vietnam allowed VIETINBANK to issue bonds on the principle of self-borrowing, self-payment to international capital market.
