On 10/02/2012, Chi Linh Building Materials and House Development JSC explained the stock floor plunge for 5 consecutive sessions from 12/01/2012 to 18/01/2012 as follows:

- Due to the current situation of Vietnam stock market, price of listed stocks including MCL have continuously fallen.

- The fluctuation of Company’s share depends on the demand of stock market and out of Company’s control

- Chi Linh Building Materials and House Development JSC hereby confirms that not have any other information that affecting the trading activity of investors
