An Pha Petroleum Group Joint Stock Company has announced explanation for business result in 2011 loss of VND15.9 billion and solutions in 2012 as follows:

Revenue
in 2011 increased 21% compared to 2010 (in 2011 revenue was VND2,520 billion,
in 2010. Revenue was VND2,076 billion). The company maintained not only revenue
but also increase thus it has kept the market share, stable growth.

Cost
of goods sold in 2011 increased 22% compared to the 2010 to make gross profit
decreased 0.71% compared to 2011. Gas selling price was not increase as gas prices
bought in the period because competitive factors. Raw material inputs increased
by inflation.

Interest
expense in 2011 went up 35% compared to the 2010 or VND18 billion because
bank’s interest rate policy.

Selling
expense in 2011 increased 24% compared to the 2010, general and administrative
expense increased 18%. Compared to speed increase of revenue, selling, speed of
general and administrative expense was very low.
