+        In Quarter 1/2011, the company has recorded income from selling of car parks at ground floor  of the EverRich I project  and income leasing houses at 131 Nguyen Trai Street, District 5, HCM City and income from parking at the EverRich I project worth VND17,256,898,736.

+        The same period of last year, in quarter 1/2011 the company recorded and income leasing houses at 131 Nguyen Trai Street, District 5, HCM City and income from parking at the EverRich I project worth VND2,592,126,314.
