VSI: Explanation for business result in Q1.2012 (Consolidated)

Water Supply Sewerage Construction and Investment JS Co. (WASECO) has explained the fluctuation in business result of Quarter 1.2012 compared to Quarter 1/2011:

-         Profit after tax in Quarter 1/2012 was VND438,960,443 because profit after tax of parent company in Quarter 1/2012 was VND359,532,734. Wherefore, in consolidated financial statements of Quarter 1/2012, the allocation of goodwill in subsidiaries investment to administrative expense in the period and consolidated of its subsidiaries’ business results in the period.
