Song Hong construction JSC (INCOMEX) announces that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2012 of the Company (second time), which was going to be on 17/05/2012, did not take place as planned because participants were 56 representing 5,213,837 shares (26,07% of charter capital which is less than condition required).
