TNT: Explanation for consolidated business result in Quarter 1/2012

Tai Nguyen Corporation explained the fluctuation in consolidated business result between Quarter 1/2012 and Quarter 1/2011:

-         Consolidated business result in Quarter 1/2012 was loss because tight financing policy, property investment and business companies difficulties, old projects has been realizing so old projects has not revenue. Besides, Quarter 1 was always low season so revenue in Quarter 1/2012 decreased.

-         Loss after tax in Quarter 1/2012 was 327% from to the same period of last year because in last 2011, Tai Nguyen Corporation transferred Ha Noi - Dien Bien Mineral and Resources Company Limited, so first 2012, Tai Nguyen Corp had not record loss of Ha Noi - Dien Bien Mineral and Resources Company Limited in consolidates financial statement in Quarter 1/2012.
