On May 19, 2012, the BOD of Dong Hai Joint Stock Company of Bentre (stock code: DHC) issued Resolution No.06/NQ-HDQT to announce the personnel change as follows:

-         Appointing Ms. Ho Thi Song Ngoc, Member of the Board of Directors, as Deputy CEO of DHC as from May 19, 2012.

-         Reappointing Ms. Le Xuan Hoang as Chief Accountant and Company Spokeswoman of DHC.
