SBT: Resolution of the BOD

Suciété De Bourbon Tay Ninh announced the resolution of the Board of Directors as follows:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved to transfer the entire 49-percent stake held by SBT in BAC

Article 2: The Board of Directors authorized CEO to transfer

 Article 3: This resolution takes effect from May 18, 2012
