THV: Result of 1st Annual General Meeting 2012

Thai Hoa Viet Nam Group Joint Stock Company announces that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2012 of the Company, which was going to be on 05/05/2012, did not take place as planned because participants were 31 representing 28,966,500 shares (52.67% of voting rights which is less than 65% as required).

The second AGM will be held from 14/05/2012 to 20/05/2012.
