PSL: Results of General Meeting of Shareholders 2012

Phu Son Livestock JSC. has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Report from the BOD
2. Operating result 2011:

- Revenue: VND 242,469 million

- Profit before tax: VND 46,422 million

- Profit after tax: VND 34,791 million

3. Report from Supervisory board 2011
4. Operating plan 2012:

- Revenue: VND 190,000 million

- Profit: VND 15,092 million

5. Profit distribution and dividend payment 2011

- Profit after tax: VND 34,790,889,714

- Reserve fund to suplement Charter Capital:5%

- Bonus: 1.5% of profit after tax

- Reward and welfare fund: 13% of profit after tax

- Dividend payment: 20%

6. Profit distribution plan and dividend payment in 2012:
7. Payment for the BOD, Supervisory board and secretary in 2012:

- Chair of the board: VND 3,000,000/month

- Deputy Chair of the board: VND 2,250,000

- Director and Chief of Supervisory board: VND 1,800,000/month

- Member of Supervisory board: VND 1,500,000/ month
