- Audited profit after tax : VND21,860,017,390
- Change : VND74,082,042
- Reasons:
+ Profit after tax increased due to addition of dividend of 2011 from Ben Thanh – Duc Khai Real Estate JSC: VND84,507,042
+ Profit after tax decreased due to amendment from liabilities to operating expense: -VND13,900,000
+ Profit after tax increased due to decrease of income tax payable (VND13,900,000x25%): VND3,475,000
