The Power Engineering JSC has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:

2. Audited financial statement 2011:

- Revenue: VND 359,465,058,598

- Profit after tax: VND 6,999,190,830

- Dividend payment: 15%

3. Operating plan 2012:

- Revenue: VND 364,508 million

- Profit after tax: VND 7,851 million

- Dividend payment: 15%

4. Report from Supervisory board
5. Payment for the BOD and Supervisory board 2012:

- Director: VND 3,000,000/month

- Member of Supervisory board: VND 2,000,000/month

6. Select an auditor for financial year 2012
7. Change in company’s policy
8. Set up plan to listing on HNX
9. Mr. Phung Hoai Linh has been appointed Director; Mr. Vu Minh has been appointed member of Supervisory board
