According Resolution No267/NQ-HDQT dated February 28, 2012 of Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation announced a personnel change as follows:

-         Approving the resignation Mr. Pham Dinh Khang from the positions of a member of the Board of Directors.

-         Mr. Nguyen Vu Bao Hoang – Deputy CEO was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors to replace Mr. Pham Dinh Khang.

-         Effective date: February 28, 2012.
