- Mr. Ninh Duy Phong has resigned from Director;
- Mr. Nguyen Huu Doanh - Construction engineer, Representative for State-owned equity – has been appointed Director cum General Manager in 5 years term with effect since 21/05/2012;
- Mr. Do Viet Chuyen has resigned from Deputy General Manager with effect since 21/05/2012.
