According the Decision No.05/QD-TGD/2012 AND No.06/QD-TGD/2012 dated February 22, 2011 by the CEO of Phu Gia Securities Corporation (PGSC), Phu Gia Securities Corporation (PGSC) announce a personnel change as follows:

-         Approving the resignation Mr. Pham Duc Tho from the positions of Director of Ha Noi Branch.

-         Mr. Nguyen Quang Trung was appointed as CEO cum Director of Ha Noi Branch.
