SRA: Result of 2nd Annual General Meeting
Sara Vietnam JSC announces that the second Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2012 of the Company, which was going to be on 14/05/2012, did not take place as planned because participants were 24.66% of voting rights which is less than 51% as required.
The third Annual General Meeting will be held on next time.
