CII: Resolution of the BOD

According to Resolution No.02/NQ-HDQT dated May 17, 2012 of the BOD, Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (stock code: CII) announced the appointment personnel in term 2012 - 2017 as follows:

-         Ms. Nguyen Mai Bao Tram – Deputy CEO.

-         Mr. Duong Quang Chau – Investment Director.

-         Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Tra – Financial Director.

-         Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai Huong – Chief Accountant.

-         Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Tra is a company spokeswoman of CII on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.
