HASC: Resolution of AGM 2011

According to Resolution No.01/2012/NQ-HASC-DHDCD dated May 8, 2012 of the 2012 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and Minutes No.04/2012/BB-HASC-HDQT of the BOD, Ha Thanh Securities Joint Stock Company (HASC) announced as follows:

-         The BOD of HASC:

+         Appointing Mr. Vu Hoang Chuong to replace Mr. Bui Quang Hung as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

+         Appointing Mr. Tran Tuan Anh to replace Mr. Vo Hong Linh as Member of the Board of Directors.
