SFC: Explanation for incomplete transaction

On November 18, 2011 Sai Gon Fuel Joint Stock Company registered to buy back 200,000 SFC shares according resolution No.532/NQ-HDQT dated November 17, 2011.

Sai Gon Fuel Joint Stock Company only bought 55,670 treasury shares out of 200,000 shares registered to buy because the market price was not in the company’s expectation.
