KSA: KSA served a warning

According to Decision No.63/2012/QD-SGDHCM dated May 03, 2012 by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange, Binh Thuan Hamico Mineral Joint Stock Company (stock code: KSA) was served a warning all over the market.

- Reason: The Company violated the information dissemination regulations at Point 1.1. 1.2.4 – Article 1, Provision II; Point 1, 2 & 6 – Provision IV of Circular No.09/2010/TT-BTC dated 01/15/2010 by the Ministry of Finance.
