On May 03, 2012, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.465/2012 /TB-SGDHCM to put the stock of Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Corporation (stock code: DCL) as a designated stock:
- Stock DCL of Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Corporation has been designated as of May 07, 2012 according to Decision No.64/2012/QD-SGDHCM dated May 03, 2012 by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange. - Reason: Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Corporation violated Point 1.1b, Article 19a of Decision No.04/QD-SGDHCM dated April 17, 2009 on the adjustment and supplement of Article 19 and Section II, Appendix 2 of the Listing Regulations on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange because the profit after tax of parent company’s shareholders was -VND30.79 billion. hose
