KIS: Personnel Change

According to Resolution No.01/2012/NQ-DHDCD dated April 21, 2012 of the 2012 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, KIS Vietnam Securities Corporation (KIS) announced the personnel change as follows:

-         Approving the resignation of Mr. Kim Jung Kwan and appointing Mr. Lee Kang Haeng as Member of the Board of Directors to replace Mr. Kim Jung Kwan.
