According to Resolution No.01/TAS-DHDCD/2012 of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, Trang An Securities Joint Stock Company (TAS) announced as follows:

-         Approving the resignation of a BOD member:

+         Mr. Le Ho Khoi

+         Mr. Nguyen Hong Chuong

+         Mr. Truong Quang Lam

+         Mr. Trinh Van Toan

+         Appointing a new BOD member:

+         Mr. Yang Xiao Dong

+         Mr. Tran Trong Nghia

+         Mr. Le Tran Trung

+         Ms. Doan Thi Huong Giang

-         TAS will increase capital up to a maximum of VND300 billion and authorize the Board of Directors to execute all relating issues.
