According to Decision No. 399/2012/NQ-ĐHĐCĐ dated 05/02/2012 VNDIRECT SECURITIES CORPORATION announced changes in the Board of Directors as follows:

-         According to Decision No. 364/2012/QĐ-HĐQT dated 04/26/2012 of Chairman of the BOD VNDIRECT SECURITIES CORPORATION announced changes in senior management as follows:

+       Approving the resignation of Mr. Mai Huu Dat from the positions of Deputy CEO and Director at Da Nang Branch.
