HNX notice: MAC under supervision

Pursuant to Listing Regulations at the HNX attached to Decision No.324/QĐ-SGDHN dated 04/06/2010, HNX announces that the following stock has been put under supervision:

- Issuer: Marine Supply and Engineering Service JSC

- Stock code: MAC

- Reason: Profit after tax in the audited financial statement FY 2010 and 2011 is negative (-VND 890,096,745 for 2010 and – VND 146,818,787 for 2011 )

- Effective date: 07/05/2012

Supervision period ends when Marine supply and engineering service JSC overcomes current situation.
