Godaco Seafood Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the 2012 Annual General Meeting dated April 06, 2012 as follows
Article 1: The General Meeting approved the report of the BOD in 2011
Article 2: The General Meeting approved the report of the Board of Supervisors in 2011.
Article 3: The General Meeting approved the audited financial statements in 2011 and plan for profit distribution in 2012:
- Profit after tax : VND 130,801,246,117
- Profit distribution : VND 16,540,062,306
+ Development & Investment fund : VND 6,540,062,306
+ Bonus & welfare fund : VND 10,000,000,000
- Retained earnings : VND 114,261,183,811
- Dividend from profit of 2011 (20%/ par value) : VND 19,999,930,000
+ Paid the 2011 dividend : VND 8,000,000,000
+ Pay the 2012 dividend (10%) : VND 11,999,930,000
- The 2011 retained earnings transfer to the next year: VND 94,261,253,811
Article 4: Authorized to the BOD the choosing an auditing firm for financial statements in 2102.
Article 5: The General Meeting the 2012 business plan:
- Revenue : VND 1,000 billion
- Profit after tax : from VND 130 billion to VND 160 billion
- Expected dividend : 20%
Article 6: The General Meeting the investment plan for 2012
Article 7: The General Meeting approved the appointment Mr. Do Thieu Quan as a member of the BOD. Members of the BOD:
